PRIVACY STATEMENT
1. Introduction
This privacy policy applies to Yggdrasil Ilgloo and explains why we collect information about you, how we use this information and how we take your privacy into account.

Yggdrasil Igloo, by the general manager, is responsible for processing the company's personal data. The declaration contains information you are entitled to when information is collected from our websites (Personal Data Act § 19) and general information about how we process personal data (Personal Data Act § 18 subsection 1).

Yggdrasil Igloos basis for processing personal data will vary, but in accordance with the Personal Data Act § 8 letters a and b will consist of consent from the data subject or because it is required by law. Furthermore, it may be necessary to process personal data to fulfill an agreement with the data subject or to fulfill a legal obligation. Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time in accordance with GDPR article 13 (2) letter c.

2. About personal data and the regulations
Personal data is information and assessments that can be linked to an identifiable individual. This can be name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase and behavior history.

All processing of personal data, such as collection, registration, storage and disclosure, is subject to special rules, including in the Personal Data Act. It is the general manager who is responsible for the processing taking place in accordance with the rules of the law.

3. What kind of information do we collect?
In order to deliver the best services possible, we are dependent on collecting various types of information, including personal data about you. Below is an overview of how we typically collect personal data and what information this typically is. We do not collect sensitive information.

a) Information you provide to us yourself
When you register on our website, you must provide some information that is stored by us, such as name, e-mail address and mobile number. We will also store information when you contact us later. The information you provide can also be enriched using search services or social media you give us access to.

4. What is the information used for?

We prepare statistics and map market trends. We do this in order to be able to improve and further develop our product offerings and services. As far as is practically possible, we try to do this with anonymous information, without us knowing that the information is linked specifically to you.

e) To prevent misuse of our services
We use personal data to prevent misuse of our services. Abuse can be attempts to log into other people's accounts, attempts at fraud, "spamming", incitement, harassment and other actions prohibited by law.

5. Sharing of information
In some cases, Yggdrasil Igloo shares personal data with other companies that perform services on our behalf. This is primarily to give you a safer and better shopping experience. Here are the most important examples:

a) When others perform services on our behalf
For example, web and marketing agencies to run the online store and show you targeted marketing as well as create campaigns. They are not allowed to use this personal information for anything other than performing services for Yggdrasil Igloo.

b) In case of suspicion of an offence
information can be handed over to public authorities upon request. We will also be able to hand over information in the event of suspicion of fraud, or information that is necessary to clarify specific disputes.

6. Access and correction
According to Section 18 of the Personal Information Act, you have a right to access the information that has been registered. Access can be obtained by sending a written inquiry to Yggdrasil Igloo, Upprann Rönningen 1, 67296 Töcksfors. If the registered information is not correct or if it is incomplete, you can demand that it be corrected in accordance with Section 27 of the Personal Data Act.

7. Deletion of personal data
We are required by law to keep certain personal data.
Examples of this are:

• Order data according to guarantees

You have the right to have all our information about you deleted on request, if we are not required by law to store it. You can contact us about canceling your customer relationship via e-mail, to: post@yggdrasiligloo.se.

8. Protection of personal data
We use appropriate security measures to protect personal data under our control against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal.

9. Especially about marketing in e-mail and SMS

You can unsubscribe from marketing inquiries easily and free of charge at any time through the unsubscribe function in the e-mails.

10. Changes to the privacy policy
We will periodically be able to update or change the privacy policy.
In the event of major changes, we will inform you of this.

11. Right to complain
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, here the Data Protection Authority, in accordance with GDPR article 13 (2) letter d.
